This site is designed to collect as little as possible. Here is what it stores, why, and how to control it.

Summary

We do not require accounts, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or payment details through this site.
We store two small values on your device: your age confirmation and your privacy choice. Both are necessary for the site to function as an age-restricted publication.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4) run only if you click Allow analytics in the privacy banner. If you choose Essential only, no analytics scripts load.
We do not sell personal information and we do not run advertising networks on this site.

Data stored on your device

The site uses browser storage (localStorage and a matching first-party cookie) for the following values. They contain no personal information.

You can clear these values at any time through your browser's site data settings. Clearing them will cause the age gate and privacy banner to appear again.

Analytics (optional)

If you allow analytics, the site loads Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC (or Google Ireland Limited for users in the European Economic Area). It collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and referring site. We configure the tag with IP anonymization and do not enable advertising features or user identifiers. Google's processing is described in its privacy policy. Analytics cookies set by Google typically persist for up to two years. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data, after which the banner reappears and you can choose Essential only.

If you decline, or if you do not interact with the banner, no analytics code is loaded and no data is sent to Google.

Server logs

Our hosting infrastructure may record standard technical logs (IP address, request URL, user agent, timestamp) for security and error diagnosis. Where enabled, such logs are retained for a short period and are not combined with other data or used to identify individual visitors.

Email contact

If you write to us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use them only to respond and to keep a record of correspondence, including DMCA notices, for as long as reasonably necessary for legal purposes.

Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)

Strictly necessary storage (age confirmation and consent choice) is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating an age-restricted publication and complying with legal obligations. International transfers

If you allow analytics, Google may process data in the United States and other countries. Google relies on standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for such transfers.

Children

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

The site links to external websites, including the official Candy.ai and CandyShorts sites. Their privacy practices are their own and are not covered by this policy.
