For corrections, factual updates, press inquiries, or questions about the site, email contact@candy-ai-shorts.com. We read messages within a few business days. Please note that we cannot help with Candy.ai or CandyShorts accounts, billing, cancellations, or technical problems, because we are not affiliated with those services. Their support channels are on their own websites.

Corrections

This site describes a third-party product whose prices, episode counts, and features change. If you spot something outdated or wrong, tell us which page and which statement, and where possible point us to a source. We update pages and revise the date shown at the top when a correction is made.

Copyright and DMCA notices

This site does not host, embed, or link to video files. Illustrations are placeholders or original graphics, and no official artwork is reproduced. If you nonetheless believe that content on candy-ai-shorts.com infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a notice to dmca@candy-ai-shorts.com with the subject line DMCA Notice.

Under 17 U.S.C. section 512(c)(3), a valid notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by one notice.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough information for us to locate it, such as the exact URL on this site.
4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We review complete notices promptly, typically within a few business days, and will remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for the missing elements. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability under section 512(f).

Counter-notices

If material you posted was removed in response to a notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found). Because this site publishes only its own editorial content, counter-notices are expected to be rare.

Trademark and brand concerns

candy-ai-shorts.com is an independent publication and is not affiliated with Candy.ai, CandyShorts, or EverAI Ltd. Brand names are used for identification and commentary only. If you represent a rights holder and have concerns about how a mark or title is used here, write to contact@candy-ai-shorts.com and we will respond in good faith.

Privacy requests

Requests relating to personal data, including access or deletion requests, can be sent to contact@candy-ai-shorts.com. Our Privacy Policy explains what little the site stores.

Reporting scams

If you encountered a site that used the Candy Shorts name to harvest payment details or distribute malware, we would like to hear about it so we can warn readers in our leak guide. Include the URL and a description of what happened; do not send us files. Also report the site to your browser vendor and, if money was taken, to your bank.
